What to do if you have lost your password?
If you have lost your password, the system offers to generate a new password for you and will send it to your e-mail address. In order to do so, please select <Recover Password> in the menu on tab.
We will verify your identity through the e-mail address that is stored in the system's database and - in addition to this - either your family name / company name or a tailnumber which is registered under your account.
Please confirm your data with <Request new password> and wait for the e-mail, which will contain your new password. If you do not receive this e-mail within a few minutes, please check your SPAM-folder.
In case your identity cannot not be confirmed, please contact customer support.
