Digital communication with connected airports

Create a new request to announce a flight that requires PPR and/or clearance by border police or customs to participating airports. A list of participating airports and offered services is available. In this section, minimum pre-notifications times and regular operating hours of the airports can be checked. It is recommended to submit requests at your earliest convenience.

The following services are currently available:

• Handling of flights from/to countries that are not members of the Schengen area (clearance by border police).

• Handling of flights from/to countries that are not members of the European Union (clearance by customs).

• Handling of flights outside regular opening hours of an airport (early/late arrivals/departures).

• Handling of flights that require prior permission of the airport (PPR).
