# PPR-Requests

Create a new request to announce a flight that requires PPR and/or clearance by border police or customs to participating airports. A list of [participating airports](https://my.airport.software/POR/login/airports.aspx) and offered services is available. In this section, minimum pre-notifications times and regular operating hours of the airports can be checked. It is recommended to submit requests at your earliest convenience.

The following services are currently available:

* Pre-announce flights from/to countries that are not members of the Schengen area (clearance by border police).
* Pre-announce flights from/to countries that are not members of the European Union (clearance by customs).
* Pre-announce flights outside regular opening hours of an airport (early/late arrivals/departures).
* Pre-announce flights that require prior permission of the airport (PPR).
