Overview

What features are offered through the Online Services?

airport-software Online Services offers digital communication with participating airports.The following services are currently available:

• Self-report flights outside of regular operating hours

• Handling of flights from/to countries that are not members of the Schengen area (clearance by border police).

• Handling of flights from/to countries that are not members of the European Union (clearance by customs).

• Handling of flights outside regular opening hours of an airport (early/late arrivals/departures).

• Handling of flights that require prior permission of the airport (PPR).

Online Services can be used as a guest (without creating an account) or as a registered user. Please note that guests cannot request all kinds of services as selected airports require a verified e-mail as well as billing address in order to process a request. It is recommended to create an account, when using Online Services on a regular basis. This allows you to create templates and profiles for an efficient workflow and to better keep track of past, current and future requests.
