New payment request
Submit a new payment request for your aircraft
In the first step, you create a new payment request to retrieve the services to be billed for the specified aircraft at the requested airfield. You will then receive a preview invoice for review. Please only complete the payment if you agree with the contents of the preview invoice.
Payments can be processed as a guest user - it is not required to create a user account in order to use this service. The creation of a user account is recommeneded when using Online Services regularly.
Simple payment request

For a simple payment request, select the airfield and an aircraft stored in your profile. If you do not wish to exclude any services or specify a particular billing period, you can submit the payment request directly. Landings (and associated services) of the current day, or at least the last landing (even if it was some time ago), will be prepared for payment.
A security check is required when submitting a new payment request. Please refer to this section for more information.

For additional filter options or to select / specify another invoice reciepient, please select "More options / invoice receipient".
New aircraft
In case you are using Online Services for the first time or wish to submit a payment request for an aircraft that has not yet been added to your profile, select <New Aircraft> from the dropdown list. You can then enter the aircraft registration.
A check will be performed to determine whether the aircraft data is already stored in the central aircraft database. If so, billing-relevant data will be displayed for verification:

Otherwise, you will be prompted to enter the ICAO type, the MTOM in kg, the noise chapter, and the noise level as per the noise certificate. Billing will be carried out based on the data entered. Please send a scan of the noise certificate to [email protected] within 10 days. The airfield reserves the right for additional charges if the data provided cannot be verified.

More options / invoice receipient
Use <More options / invoice recipient> to display filter options or to edit the invoice recipient. This allows you to set a date filter for selecting the services to be paid or to exclude certain services from billing.

Date filter
To include services from a specific date range, please specify this range explicitly with date+time from - until. This way, services further in the past can also be taken into account.
You can switch between UTC and local time in your profile. Date+time must be entered according to the time setting selected for your profile. In the screenshot shown above, the indication From (LOC) / To (LOC) shows that local times are to be entered.
Exclude fuel / parking
Use the options:
Exclude fuel, to not include refueling transactions in the billing
Exclude parking, to not include parking fees in the billing
This can be practical, for example, if you need a separate invoice for refueling (possibly with a different invoice recipient). In this case, first exclude the refueling from the billing and complete the payment process. In a second step, you can submit a new payment request, which will then only contain the refueling transaction(s).
Invoice receipient
By default, the address stored in your profile is used as invoice recipient.
If you have previously submitted payment requests with different billing addresses, you can access these addresses from the dropdown list.
Using the option <Edit invoice recipient / email>, you can edit a billing address or create a new one.
For guest users setting a specific invoice receipient is not available. Invoices will be created as "Invoice to cash payer".
Please create an user account if you require to set a specific invoice receipient.
Edit the invoice receipient
After selecting the option <Edit invoice recipient / email>, additional fields will be displayed. To create a new billing address, you can simply overwrite the data shown.

If the invoice recipient is a natural person, click <Individual>. Then enter your salutation, first name and last name, your address, and email-address. The invoice will be sent to the email-address provided.
If the invoice recipient is a company, click <Company>. Then enter the salutation and the company name in the <Name 1> field. If the space is not sufficient, the fields <Name 2> and <Name 3> are additionally available. Furthermore, an address and email-address are required. The invoice will be sent to the email-address provided.
Billing addresses are automatically saved for future use.
If the aircraft to be billed has a customer account at the requested airfield, special conditions stored in the customer account (e.g. special prices, discounts, VAT exemption for air operators) can be applied to the payment request as follows:
Enter the same email-address as the invoice recipient that is stored in the customer account on the airfield's side.
Next steps: Preview invoice and complete payment
Please allow 1-2 minutes for the payment request to be processed by the airfield server and for a preview invoice to be provided. You will also receive an email with the preview invoice as a PDF attachment at the same time – so you do not need to wait and can also complete the payment later.
Please only complete the payment if you agree with the contents of the preview invoice.
The payment can be completed via the payment link included in the email or via the <Pay now> button on the web platform. You will be redirected to the payment service provider to complete the payment. The airfield determines which payment methods are accepted – typically common credit cards and, where applicable, SEPA direct debit.
After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the web platform. The finalization of the invoice again takes approximately 1-2 minutes.
